manjaro가 설치된 노트북을 이용하는 데, 갑자기 실행속도가 느려진다.
dmesg로 무선랜카드를 보니 rtl8192ce다.
몇 일간의 구글링 끝에 해결 방법을 찾았다...

를 보면
네트워크 설정에서 IPv6 settings에서 method를 ignore로 설정한다.
/etc/modprobe.d/rtl8192ce.conf를 만들어서,
options rtl8192ce ips=0 fwlps=0를 입력한다. 리부팅 하면 끝.
